option 1
· If you have multiple users on your
tablet, you must be signed in to the main account.
· From Settings, About Tablet, search
for and select Factory data reset.
· Tap Factory data reset one more time,
and then review the information.
· When you're ready, tap Reset.
· Finally, tap Delete all.

option 2
· Ensure the device is powered off.
· Simultaneously press and hold. Home
button. (located at the bottom) + Volume Up button.
· From the Android recovery screen,
select. wipe data/factory reset. Utilize the Volume buttons to highlight and
the Power button to select.
· Tap. Yes -- delete all user data.
· Tap. reboot system now.
